a path toward healing,
self-discovery and wholeness
Welcome
What if grief, confusion, and pain weren’t obstacles on your path, but essential parts of it? What if every hardship and every joy called forth your spiritual, psychological, and emotional growth? I believe your path is perfect because it is yours – it has never been seen before and can never be recreated. And what this world needs more than ever are people willing to walk their own distinct path – who listen to their hearts and heed the call to their life and purpose with resilience, courage, and trust.
Hi, I’m Timothy Anspach, MA, LPC. Thank you for being here. Sincere Path Counseling grew out of my desire to help folks heal, become more fully themselves, and offer their unique goodness to the world. This is a sincere, heartfelt endeavor, and I believe it is the most worthwhile path any of us can ever take. It is my honor and privilege to create a safe, healing container for you to do this sacred work. My approach, cultivated over the course of twenty years, is founded on genuine relationship, mindfulness, and compassion.
Ways We Can Work Together
Therapy
Supporting individuals in recovering their natural goodness by letting go of outdated patterns and learning to accept themselves for who they are. Through therapy, you can become more embodied and begin to move through the world with more confidence, clarity, and access to your heart.
Comprehensive Care
Flexible, home-based support for individuals whose mental health challenges have adversely impacted their daily life. Comprehensive care helps people find stable ground during a scary and disorienting time. Within a safe, therapeutic friendship, you can find the gentle support you need to come back to yourself and move toward greater independence.
Family Support
It can be overwhelming to know the right way to support a loved one who is struggling with mental health challenges. Through this specialized support, families can receive the attention they need to feel less alone, and the guidance essential to participating in their loved one’s recovery path as well as their own.
